Press Release by Passang Sherpa I stand in solidarity with fellow Sikkimese against the idea of Darjeeling Sikkim Merger theory raised by Gorkha Rashtriya Congress.  I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Bharatiya Janta Party for being first political party to condemn the demand of Sikkim Darjeeling merger after GRC submitted its resolution to the Governor of West Bengal. I would also like to thank ruling SKM Government for strongly standing for the common interest of Sikkimese people. VACCINATION UPDATE Gangtok : Revised Covid-19 Vaccination Programme Guidelines From 21 June, 2021, everyone above 18 years of age will be eligible for vaccination. In Rural areas (PHCs and PHSCs), there will mostly be on-site or on-the-spotregistration.Only a few slots will be made availablefor online registration.In Urban areas, there will be 50% online registration and 50% on-site registration.This will also apply for CRH, Manipal. All vaccination sites will be open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Towards the end of the day's session, if there are still a good number of people at the vaccination site, and if there is enough manpower and vaccines, the vaccination can continue till 4pm. From next week onwards, the online vaccination slots for the entire week will be opened every Saturday of the previous week at 8am. On11th and 12th of June, Northeast India experienced the successful first edition of Northeast Women Leaders conference 2021 (virtual). Over 160 participants from different states of Northeast and India as well as foreign participants from Thailand, France, Aruba took part. Northeast Women Leaders is a collaborative platform. It is the first-ever conference in the region which is not just limited to the conference but also a blended holistic & futuristic approach within the 2 days of the scheduled conference.  On Day 1, attendees experienced inspiring speeches and success stories of different speakers. ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STATE-WIDE VACCINATION DRIVE STARTING TODAY -         For the 18-45 years age group from rural and semi-urban areas, the vaccination sites will be all PHSCs, all PHCs, Urban PHC Ranipool, and all four District Hospitals.   -         For the above sites, there will be 100% on-site registration, or on-the-spot registration. One should compulsorily carry their Aadhar card. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THESE SITES, except for Mangan where 20 slots have been kept for online mode of registration.   -         The vaccination sites for the Urban population will be STNM Hospital (AYUSH Wing), and Urban PHC (Thakurbari Temple Hall), Gangtok.   -         Both these sites will require prior ONLINE REGISTRATION. There are 150 slots per day for STNM and 600 slots per day for UPHC Thakurbari.
